Dynamic indicators
Does anyone know if these adapters would work? Would love to have the sweeping tail lights but the posting doesn't really tell me much about instructions or how it works?

It's a faux dynamic sweep. By using these it fires the inner LED's of the tail signals on the trunk first then the outer LED's of the tail signals on the actual car shortly after. I would assume it would look like this on your car if you had an S3:
