upgarde firmware MMI LTE ?

Hello,
My MMI from 2017/03 have an version 0976

I saw version 1106

Did you know where I can find this update ?

For exemple, I dont have subwoofer in tone parametre with my B&O, and I would like to recovered this.

Maybe is some thing to activate with VCDS ?
