Are you asking about the sensor that relays the outdoor temperature to the dash display? If so, the one for the C5 sedans is located on a bracket in between the bumper and the radiator.

Thanks for that info, but it seems to be the sensor that we have located under the hood behind/under some hoses - it's the coolant sensor I believe.
