2001 Audi A6 not starting

I just replaced the ICM's on my 2001 Audi A6 Quattro 2.7 Twinn Turbo. The car started right away and ran great for 3 days and now it won't start. Do I need to reflash my computer after replacing the ICM?

Your vehicle is a C5, try Searching here: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-...-discussion-7/

If it ran great and "magically" stopped running, it's not you needing to reflash, there's no such thing as a 3 day limiter on the ICM...you need to figure out what the issue is.

Check your crank position sensor.

It is located on the bell housing near the flywheel. Typically it does not show up on a vagcom scan.

Search old posts for CPS diagnostics. There are ways to tell if this is your issue.
