Air conditioning vent problems
Please help I have a 2007 A6 when the air conditioning is turned on to "Auto" it works fine for about 2 minutes then the vents close. Trying to select the different vent options is also ineffective. The fan can be heard running at full velocity and when I select Economy the vets all open and at first cold air is expressed followed by eventual warm air. All the vent options also work. This event happened sporadically at first and now happens all the time.
If the car is turned off then started again. Again the vents will be open blowing cool air for about 2 minutes and then close again.
