Default Pledge on tires

These tires have approximately 28-30k on them. Never used armor all or any other like tire products, only pledge every once in a while. I don’t like the greasy look, so if that’s for you, stop and go to next post.. lol

these have only been cleaned with whatever car soap I have used.. in this case due to just ceramic coating my car, I used carpro reset. These pics were taken 10 mins after dying

These here pics are after pledge. Ensure to whip exces from rim, work it in. No harm to wheels.

I will repost pics next week of what it looks like without touching it and with a quick whip down.

nice .. that looks great.. not to shiny, so I like it. Be interesting to see the longevity and if you get any of the browning like Pan (PTO) mentions in his video.

Pledge is safe.. no waxy build up.. water based.. smells good.. it washes off easy, so every applicational n is like applying it the first time. provides what I think is really a clean tire natural look.

Since i I have had these tires (almost two years) I have pledged them maybe 8 times if that. I don’t do my tires a lot. If they look clean and natural black, I’m ok with that. So even generic pledge works.

I recently over the past 2 months bought some Wolfgang’s Uber rinseless wash.. tried that on the tires because I was just hitting the rims quick. But for the tires, i think I like pledge better over the Uber.

I filled led up gas and reset the trip meter this morning before I washed the Volvo... it’s my daily driver.. probably an average of about 200-250 miles per week. Next Saturday morning I will retake pics.

KaDeTime.. how do you like those pirelli’s? On my Volvo pirelli scorpions came it from factory.. always pulled to the right. Had the dealer align it twice and the gave me a loaner .. same vehicle with 15 miles on it and it pulled too.. i was like WTF... they wore fine, kept them until about 30k miles then broke down and bought these.. world of diff and drives straight as an arrow.

i have heard other people say recently that they have had problems with balancing..

i was was horribly surprised with my experience I had always thought pirellis were top notch.

no issues, great ride comfort, grip, and noise control.

Thanks and will let you know.

I have watched his video and as you saw both of the products on rear tires wear browning and not the front. Rear tires get twice the exposure from elements as they also get exposure to the dust and dirt the front wheels throw in to the air. if he wanted to be more accurate in the product testing should be now redone with different placement. front to rear and rear to front. regardless the outcome could be still the same but i will provide an update on my result

Pledge looks good, back in the day we used it on our interior plastics, looked ok and yes it does smell good.

One week and 378 miles later... weather in Texas has been H-o-o-o-tttttt as hell.. no rain, and full of Saraha desert dust from Africa for a couple of days.. over all I think they still looked good. Here is a couple of pics of what it looked like before a whip down

Below all I did was a quick whip down on the wheels withbwolfgangs rinseless wash diluted to a quick detailer spray for a quick whip down. I only whipped off tire tires with a rag to freshen them up.
