Audi starting problem, Video Provided, Help needed!

Audi starting problem, Video Provided, Help needed!
Hi Guys and Gals!
I'm looking for some help and advice about my Audi A4 estate, It is the 2.0 S line version 2005 plate, with around 115k miles on the clock.
I'm having problems starting the car, I can always get it to start however it really does struggle especially when its cold. I also have a lot of white smoke after starting.
I've attached a video below so you can see me starting it. ( probably best to view with sound on so you can hear the engine)
Is anyone else having similar problems? or does anyone have any idea why it might be doing this?
