Non-running 2008 2.0T Wagon with 6-speed Manual Transmission for Sale ($1,350 OBO)
I was hoping to ride my 2008 Audi A4 wagon for another 100,000+ miles. I’m the first owner and I really love the manual transmission wagon (why did Audi discontinue it!?!) But, it stalled last week and the diagnosis was a jumped belt and engine failure. The battery turns the electronics on, no problem. But, the engine won’t turn over when I try to start it. I figure someone can do a used engine swap to give the car another life. Or, they can scrap it. I welcome suggestions and encouragement to fix it. But, at this point, I think I've had a great run with "her".

2008 A4 Wagon 2.0T, S-line package with 6-speed manual transmission, sunroof, navigation, black leather interior, alloy wheels
Mechanically, it has 125,000 miles with regular oil changes at an Audi dealer, usual wear & tear with appropriate work completed on mechanical matters (except for the recent jump issue). I have all of the records.
Cosmetically, it's okay. Monza Silver Metallic paint, dark tint. The front windshield has a crack, there are some dings on the exterior and the door trim is holding on for now, the interior could use a deep clean but I did use all-weather floor mats (which are separately for sale) and hardwood flooring in the trunk.
Clean Title, single owner; It hasn't been in a flood or fire; 2 keys, plus the plastic spare are available
Here is the main recommendation from the Audi Dealer service department: Replace cylinder head and associated parts, timing chain package, timing chain and tensioner at rear of head (intake cam not turning, suspect at rear of head, needs t/belt package due to strain) - $9,000+
