Fuse or relay to kill ignition

Fuse or relay to kill ignition
My car is not shutting off with the ignition key.
While looking for DIY how to troubleshoot and change the lock, I am currently pulling the fuel pump relay. But don't like running the pumps dry every time and having to re prime.
Looking for an easily accessible relay or fuse to kill spark (for example), or other means to kill the engine.
Suggestions?
