2004 Allroad Frankenstein’s monster.

This car started out life as a 2.7T then went to a 4.2L Allroad motor, then 4.2L S4 motor. The last iteration I put this poor car through was a 4.2 belt motor w/A6 front end which I drove for about a year. I’ve since pulled the front apart to return it to a Allroad specs and have officially lost interest. Frame horns have been cut off so I would consider this a parts car unless you’re crazy ambitious. Car has sat for about a year but started immediately. Air suspension came right up and has been holding level for two days.

See list below, this accounts for 90% of the work I did to the car over its life. Obviously anything related to the 2.7T motor is null and void.

Some highlights off the top of my head:

- Factory 6MT so it’d make a good swap donor.
- Rear bags were replaced just before taking it off the road. (Arnott’s) I estimate they have 5K on them.
- Genuine OEM tow hitch. (took me 4 years to finally find one)
- The clutch in this combo is for a 2.7T. New flywheel and clutch. Probably 10K on it.
- Rear driveshaft is also near new with between 10-15K on it.

I have a few bins of random extra parts you can take if you want. title in hand.
If you have some sort of un-diagnosed mental disorder and you like Allroads the parts potential may give you a chubby.
As for me, my doctor finally got my meds balanced correctly and I now own a Toyota.
