2010 B8 S4 Prem+ (Silver, Panda Interior)

Parting with my 2010 B8 S4. Been toying with the idea since I moved much closer to work (5 minute walk), pulling the trigger now since I feel bad for not being able to drive the car nearly as much as I want to. I have babied this car since I got it in March 2017. I've had a comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty since purchase, and as a result the car is perfectly maintained with 100% OEM Audi parts and fluids. I am big into detailing and as a result, the paint is swirl-free and immaculate save for some normal small rock chips on the front.
Overview:
- 2010 Audi B8 S4 Quattro Premium Plus A/T
- Silver exterior, black and white nappa leather interior
- 62645 miles!
- Second owner (bought at 42k miles)
- Clean Carfax (VIN #WAUBGAFL2AA095486)
- Immaculate maintenance record, all paperwork in hand
- Comprehensive warranty covered from the very first mile to March 2020
- Bang & Olufsen sound system
- Owner's manual included
- Custom ordered S4 floor mats from Germany
- Registration through March 2020
Maintenance:
- Strict adherence to Audi service schedule (45k, 55k, 65k, 75k)
- All maintenance under warranty, all maintenance performed by Newport Audi, Circle Audi, or Audi Pacific with the exception of most recent oil change and front lower control arms (Audi Pacific was booked up for weeks)
- Complete new transmission swap performed by Newport Audi in 2017 (nearly $13,000 job), no sweating the usual mechatronics issues that plague the B8 series
- Thermostat replaced by Circle Audi in 2017
- Front upper link bushings replaced by Audi Pacific in 2018
- Front lower control arms replaced by Auto Werkstatt, highest rated german car shop in entire South Bay
- Pre-sale multi-point inspection completed by Audi Pacific 7/31/2019, no issues found
- No oil consumption issues, no leaks, no sounds, no oddities
Upkeep:
- Garage kept for entire duration of ownership
- 20k miles since buying car 2.5 years ago
- Regularly detailed (wash, wax, vacuum, leather treatment, interior surface protectant)
- Pre-sale interior/exterior complete detail performed 9/13/2019
