Audi Avant A6 1999
Mechanic owned and serviced since 2004. The car has had all major servicing, including timing belt master kit; all OEM grade parts. Milage is currently 240K. Front and rear rotors and pads have been changed in the last year, as have the brake hoses. I have all service records from when the car was brand new. Factory manuals and holder are included. Oil has been changed between 4-5K with synthetic oils since around 110k. Engine does burn oil, but the cause is valve stem seals. Does not smoke while running at all and only a little on start up because of the seals. No oil leaks on engine. Tires are all ultra high performance & changed within the last year or two and only used during summer months. Rear muffler was replaced 4 months ago. Transmission was replaced at around 179K with a low milage take out. A/C blows cold. Headlights are OEM and replaced within the last 3-4 years. Below is a list of some of the items replaced. Heated seats all function, front and rear. The car runs and drives very well & is smooth and quiet at all speeds. The items on the car which don't work or have issues are as follows: rear wiper, sun roof (broken lift bracket), head liner in rear dropped (stapled up), driver side rear window (wiring harness in boot), radio sound is not great (either head unit or speakers). Engine check light goes off and on, but will pass inspection. This is because the blower motor for the self test is leaking air and, as a result, the volume seen is often not correct and therefore throws the code since it thinks there is a leak in the system. There is no leak, but the blower needs to be replaced or repaired. Rear bumper cover has damage on the LH rear corner and the clear coat is peeling on the rear hatch. This is a great car with many miles left to be enjoyed. The late 90's Audis are known for the best build quality in Audi's history. $3000.00 OBO. Ph#: 215/932-2760. Eastern Pennsylvania.

-radiator assy
-power steering pump
-power steering feed flex hose 2019
-front seats for a 2003 donor
-trans right side output seal
-updated later passenger side mirror (larger)
-both catalytic converter (oem)
-oxy sensor within the last year or so
-all vacuum lines plastic and rubber in engine bay (within the last year or so)
-oem throttle body 2-3 years ago
-front control arms upper and lower all relatively new and oem
-rebuilt rear brake calipers within the last 2-3 years
-master cylinder oem
-outer and inner tie rod end assy (oem) within the last 2-3 years
-sway bar links oem (4-5 years)
-rear shock absorbers (4-5 years) oem
-center muffler assy 2019
