hey josh were are you located?Is it a big job to remove that whole pes system?How do you suggest I tackle it..

Default hey i replied up there. Massachusetts... more,
it's not too bad to remove the broken piece you're describing. Start by removing the heat shield and air filter/intake. then step back and look at where it puts you. I'm pretty sure all you have to do is take these parts off and disconnect some oil lines and unmount the turbo. Although i have never done a PES install nor do i have a T28 in my car.
