Good floor lift?
I have 12'+ from floor to ceiling, so I don't need any special low clearance model. I do have a compressor if there are pnematic models. The only stipulation is that it has to be a floor lift, I don't want to dig up the garage floor. I poured it thick.
Installation was tough, but we took our time and it worked out well.
The clear floor models are definitely more difficult to install, if that's something you plan to do yourself. Running the cables on the floor should you go with a 2-post is definitely easier.
It's pretty quiet, and raises and lowers the car plenty quick.
Only downside is that the arms aren't low enough for some cars. It's be nice if they sat about an inch lower, but it's not a big deal.

GET ONE THATS MADE IN THE USA!!!!!!!!
Imports arent subject to the high safety standards we have in the USA, they end up using sub-standard steel, and skimp on the hydraulics. I love my lift though, its a 2 post clear floor model with a capacity of 8000lbs.
make sure your slab is at least 4-5 inches thick
