Can someone explain the nurburgring?
What exactly is the nurburgring anyway? I know it used to and maybe still gets used as a racetrack. Is it a public or private road? Do you pay for each use? How can there be no speed limits yet they enforce traffic rules on passing? Its all one way so how do the cars get back to the start - is it a loop?
Why cant we have something like that in the US???
