Default Where does this hose go?
I just bought this 2008 Audi Q7. She has 220,000km on her and needed a valve cover gasket when I bought her.

she was still idling a bit rough, and I found two small vacuum leaks and repaired them.

I also noticed a line dangling from the car, however, I can’t seem to find where it should be going.

could anyone give me a hand please.

I think...that is a vent tube for the transmission, there is supposed to be a little loose-fitting cap on the top that keeps stuff from going inside.

It was just dangling down lower than the rest of the car.

I unplugged it and the car seems to be running better now. Thank you.
