Q7 air suspension
Hi just bought a Audi Q7 the front air suspension drops down when locked or open and close the rear doors is this normal
before driving off I need to wait till it raises up suspension in comfort mode

No, it should hold its height.
How quickly is it dropping down? Usually people notice in the morning after the car has been sitting for a while.
You can put it in jack mode in the MMI, which tells the pump not to run and leave it over night to see what corner is drooping. If the whole front end is down it could be the valve block and not both front struts.
Getting a scan of the car is best, but a bottle of soapy water to look for leaks is an easy test.
