Battery controller module problem
Hey folks
now since I had that slow crank and not starting issue I found it’s most likely starter and the battery is not in a good health
now if I try to connect VCDS it doesn’t get response from the battery controller module gateway 61
anyone had this problem and fixed
do I have to replace the Bcm and code it or just replace the new battery and it will start communicating?
year 2013
battery not enough cca
alternator is working good tested

The Ross-Tech Wiki is a great resource, tells you that new Q7's do not have module 61, the battery stuff is moved to module 19-CAN Gateway.

The Ross-Tech Wiki is a great resource, tells you that new Q7's do not have module 61, the battery stuff is moved to module 19-CAN Gateway.
