Audi Error P27550 - Please help :)
Getting a p27550 error code from my OBDeleven on my Audi Q7 2011 TDI, with error in the car being Transmission Fault limited functionality.
Figuring it was the transmission coolant valve or plug as I have seen in this forum so I replaced that and checked the plug and cable which was good. Infact the old valve didn't see to have any issues.
But still getting the error.
One note is the transmission pan has a dent in it as well which I haven't noticed before, I have read perhaps a transmission filter above the pan could cause this kind of error?
Any help would be amazing guys!
Use the Google search link provided inside your OBD-Eleven readout...that's the pretty (scripted font) g on the right hand side of the screen when you are looking at the error code...save you some time it will. Also, you bought the wrong scantool if you really want/need to be able to DIY and fix anything more than a sniffle on your Q7...that's the territory of the Ross-Tech VCDS. A P-code format error code is rather generic and will only get you so far on the Q7.
From a quick key-word-search, the first thing to show up is check the fuse and/or relay linked to that transmission cooler valve, then there's the temp sensor itself, etc. If you did take a hit underneath, a wire or sensor may have sustained damage as well...always start with the low hanging fruit.

Recently had an engine swap however, and the error appeared after the swap.
Are there any particular parts to look at for this kind of error? No other errors in system other than this 1 error.

Is there another fuse location I can have a look at?
This car has like 6 fuse panels; under hood/bonnet, both sides edges of front dash, under the dash, next to the battery (under front seat), and in the right rear side of car, there are a couple more hidden behind a trim panel (with the power outlet at bottom of the panel in cargo area). You can look up the diagram for location of fuse in owners manual, or it was just posted to a recent thread on here as a resource for someone else tracing problems. I'd be googling if you don't have the manuals for car.
