Q8 22" wheels on Q7

Q8 22" wheels on Q7
Hi,
New here...hoping your collective Audi expertise can answer a question that I can't find a definitive answer to! Earlier this year I bought a 2020 Q7 Prestige with black optics pkg. that came with 21x9.5 (26 offset) wheels. I'm looking to upgrade to AudiSport OEM 22s, but have seen a few different variations of the same wheel:
22x9.5 (26 offset)
22x10 (26 offset)
and the same wheel for the Q8/SQ8 that is 22x10 with a 21 offset.
From what I've seen online, it looks like the Q8/SQ8 wheel is set up with 285/40/22 tires on the Q8, while the recommended tire size for the Q7 22" rim is 285/35/22.
My question is, will the 22x10 Q8/SQ8 wheel fit my Q7 with a 21 offset (versus 26)? and if so, can I mount 285/35/22s on it?
