2013 Q7 crank but no start
For any used Audi, you need to immediately buy a VW Auto Group (VAG)-compatible scantool. Standard OBD2 type tools won't cut the mustard on the Q7; VW uses proprietary coding on all it's vehicles.
If you DIY, and want to save serious $$ now and always, get a Ross-Tech Hex V-2 VCDS cable setup...it's the gold standard for resolving issues and can do all the things you will need to do.
If you don't DIY, a basic VAG-compatible scantool that shows you codes and erases them is about all you will need. The OBD-Eleven basic module works via smartphone app and is user friendly, handy, inexpensive; just don't buy any of the 'upgrades' they will try to sell you on when setting it up, etc., as they don't deliver much for the Q7, but will make it appear like they do to get you on the hook.
Don't have enough data about your Q7 to help you out, and you don't either w/o scanning the car. Gas/TDI, mileage, history, dealer purchase/private sale, trouble codes or MIL lamps on dash display; scanned trouble codes, etc. The more info you provide on your car, the more likely members are to respond to your ask. One thing I will mention is that all Q7s develop battery drains from their door handle proximity sensors when they go bad (located inside the exterior door handle), and so battery-related issues are a common source of problems. Scan the car to see which, if any handles are throwing codes, and if you see a bunch of low-voltage related codes also from different systems, you'll know there's an issue there. The handles parasitic drains are an easy fix. There's so much interconnected electronics on this car you won't know where to begin unless you scan it for trouble codes...and I mean the type of trouble codes that don't appear/trigger notices on the dash displays, but get stored by the car internally.
