I'm looking to replace the aftermarket headrests with video screens that came with the Q7 when I purchased the vehicle. Can anyone tell me if the pre-facelift 4L headrests are the same or are compatible? Are there any other model headrests that work? Thanks.
I got rid of my video headrests too. The passenger side was wonky and rattled. I tried to open the link here but it did not work. I bought these headrests for my car assuming they would fit. It was a good investment and they are still in the car. The headrests came with Audi covers.
