Default C Pillar trim removal

My rear (left - drivers side) passenger seat belt height adjustment in the C pillar seems to be broken, or at least off track. How can I remove the upper trim? Obviously I know about the screw under the Airbag placard but not sure where else it's attached. If it is broken, will also need to know how to detach the seat belt if I need a new trim piece.

I've searched but haven't found any videos or diagrams of how it's all attached.

Just did this last night.
  1. Pull back the lower plastic C-pillar trim (the piece directly below the upper C-pillar trim goes all the way to the floor). There are 4 or 5 metal clips where the plastic meets the rubber door trim that hold it in place. Start from the top, and work your way down. Pull towards the front of the vehicle and try to direct the force towards the edge where the trim meets the rubber door seal. You have to give it a sharp pull for it to break free. Might feel like your going to break it.
  2. Behind that trim, you'll find a second screw to release the upper C-plilar piece. Remove it.
  3. Pull the upper trim piece away from the edge of the door seal so you can get your hand behind it.
  4. There is one metal retaining clip at the edge of the upper trim piece where it meets the rear glass window. I pushed that free by sticking my hand inside.
  5. Manually position the track to the lowest level on the track (there is a little white release lever).
  6. Reinstall the piece with the slider in the lowest position so it aligns with the track.
Watch out for the little HVAC vent. It can easily become disconnected from the C-Pillar trim. If it comes apart, it is a royal PITA to put back together and refit it so everything works.

FINALLY got around to doing this. Very much appreciate your clear instructions. Not sure why they even allow the belt adjuster to the lowest level as the belt binds there. It's fixed for now, but I can tell it's been stressed so if anyone manhandles it, likely it'll get off track again. Oh well, I guess I know how to correct it now.
