Weird; it's just on the one wheel, so I'd scan the car fully for trouble codes (you need a VAG-compatible scantool for this) and be checking for ABS system issues, as that's the only thing that could create a 'pulsing' effect like that, at least that I'm aware of. Verify your brakes are in good repair otherwise, of course, too, and that your brake fluid reservoir (located behind the firewall under the little flip-up leaf cover is topped off and fluid is in good shape. Audi changes it every two years to prevent corrosion in the braking system.

I had a similar issue with my old GTI. It turned out to be a broken pad.

Wow, that jogged the memory, LOL! I've also had a broken pad prior, but was a while back on a different car...slept since then; usually it's when they getting really thin on pad life, which circles back around to verify your brake components are all in good shape.

Is that clanging sound being generated while holding the pedal steady down, or was someone cycling the brake pedal in the video? It's clearly a metallic clang, so if pumping the brakes in video, either you've got hardware that's not anchored correctly via retaining pin, old hardware, wrong pads/incorrectly loaded pads, or didn't lube contact points/sliders, etc. It sounds like the pad is getting off-axis during retraction, then it has to 'slap' one side back up during engagement rather moving in sync with the piston. Brake grease need by used only sparingly in correct metal-to-metal contact zones, but it definitely needs to be used (along with new caliper hardware/return springs, slider pins, etc.

I did have to reuse old hardware once, as I forgot to verify, and thought it was pre-packaged with the 'complete brake kit' I ordered...it was soooo not included. So ended up taking the old, corroded hardware and resurfacing it smooth via a wire wheel/grinder setup...not fun, and could've easily shredded a few fingers that day, given smallish size of the brake hardware bits. I am now adding new brake hardware to my part's list thanks to this thread.

Of course if you are holding the pedal steady in that video, as if you were braking, then it has to be a mechanical force acting upon the caliper to create that recurring noise, which supports my ABS-related prognosis/theory, since that is the only thing that is designed to release and reapply braking force to the calipers on an individual basis.

Inquiring minds want to know.

If its coming from the rear I'd check the alignment of the parking brake. I know when I did mine two years ago something wasn't quite right after I'd put it back together and drove a few miles. I never did find out what I did wrong but taking it apart and reassembling resolved the issue. I've had them apart twice since then and still haven't been able to recreate what caused that issue.

I did dismantle tje caliper today,no damage nowhere, only things is that calipers seems to be smaller and they move a bit left to right.
Did not find replacement today so I put copper grease everywhere and so far no more noise
