New to me Q7 TDI
Needed a few things but nothing major.
Replaced the front blower fan, rear brakes, installed a hitch, tinted side and panoramic windows , replaced transmission, transfer case and engine oil.
Already got it deleted and Malone Tuned, really woke it up.
Already purchased a set of OEM 18” wheels with brand new Continental all season tires for winters and long drives.
Have owned a Jetta TDI, A3 TDI Malone, E320 CDI and currently a 535D Malone along with the Q7 TDI.
Congrats, and I'm sure you already know this, but you are going to love it, peelers aside.
Good call on the tinting sunroofs and sides on this car...lotta glass area, and there are some continuing, sporadic reports of the front sunroof panel spontaneously 'exploding' and falling into the cabin, so tinting them will help to hold the glass together if it ever does let go. I did ceramic, high-heat rejection tint all around on everything glass in our '10, and netted an amazing difference in overall comfort, as compares to our '15 that has the hot weather option, but has not yet been tinted. I'm sooo looking forward to Malone tuning our '10...soon!
