Those are both common errors when you update your firmware in MMI. Ross-Tech can answer both of those for you, or just search them on Google. IIRC, the first one is an easy fix, and the second one perhaps less so.

You didn't provide any data regards to sourcing of firmware update, so that's where you start; your vendor.
