I normally just plug into my Carplay kit direct-link cable and toss it in the storage cubby in front of shifter, or just go wireless if don't need a charge...same location though, or in the cupholder, or armrest. I actually did buy a dedicated mount with a Qi charger integrated, but it hasn't been a priority to unbox/install it, what with the hands-free & Carplay kit setup...it sure looks nice though. Paid $8 for it at Tuesday Morning.
I'll take a pic when I leave for work. The magnet is much better than the manual lock phone mounts imo. My phone fits right in the top corner of my windshield and I'm able to see it without taking my eyes off the road.
