Default Another misfire thread. At wits end. Any help?

Audi 2010 a6 3.0t replaced and gapped plugs .025 double platinum Bosch plugs, replaced coils Bosch, replaced injectors, replaced pcv OEM, replaced water pump, thermostat, water temp sensor, pulleys and tensioners, both belts, carbon cleaned intakes, and replaced coolant lines. Getting codes 0301, 0304, 0305. Misfires show up as surging and cutting idle and no revs past 2500. Supercharger cores seem good as there was no evidence of coolant on plugs and it did not run poorly before I started. A broken nipple on crossover coolant pipe started the ball rolling. Car had 94k miles. I’ve googled the heck out this and watched every video known on this subject. I had iridium plugs gapped at .030 and they were the bkr9eix and it was misfiring so I was really hoping gapping at .025 with the Bosch OEM double platinum 8158 would do the trick. No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need this car out of my shop.

A single post since 2006? wow!

Seems like you covered pretty much all of it. Next I'd say start looking at the physical wires connecting all the different components. Maybe one or some of them have internal breaks of the copper. As in the insulation looks fine on the outside, but internally is broken.

(I've had an old Jetta that had this issue. Spark would cut out randomly, started wiggling the wires going to the Ignition Module, and the car cut out. Replaced the wires and worked perfect)

For testing, which will be labour intensive... I'd take a wire, ground one end (battery disconnected) then take your meter and touch it to ground and the other end of the wire, then start shaking and moving the wire around. If you loose continuity to ground at any time, there's a break.

Thanks for your reply. Funny I had not looked at how long I've been here. I used to have a V8 allroad back then. I'll dig into this as it makes good sense.

A quicker "test" would be have the engine running then start shaking all the wires. Maybe you'll get the engine to stumble or sputter when you do this. Might help narrow it down a bit.

I'll try that today. The thing is it runs perfect when I start it then starts a rhythmic cut out and increase in rpm. It's a surge drop surge drop like it's getting cut off for a second. Maybe thats the wire issue you described.
