Squeeking noise steering

Hi, please help me identify the noise I recently got.

It is like a rubbering squeeing noise when turning steering wheel.

Is the noise occurring in the interior or exterior? Can't tell from your MPG file.

It sounds from inside the car. I have not heard anything from outside, however the noise is still there when car is turned off, So I do not think it is a PS problem or belt.

FWIW, it a Toyota this is a common issue with a little rubber bushing where the steering column penetrates the firewall.

This post may provide insight starting at post #3, it is Audi specific and focuses on an intermediate shaft in the steering column.

I will check to see any rubber but the noice came when I changed tires, however this is not a tire noise, it is something with the steering wheel, Maybe spraying some wd40 around joints to see if I can locate the problem.
