I have an issue with audi wipers - not working after car was stationary for about a week.
Code from vcds:
00908 - Control Module For Wiper Motor 004 - No Signal/Communication
At first I thought maybe the wiper arm and control module was dead so I switched to a friends one, but same error code comes up.
In dash I have windshield with a red lightning across.
Did fault reset, but error stays.
Maybe someone knows the diagram for the wiper motor connector, to test the voltage? If that's not the issue - could it be the J519 module?
Maybe someone in future will find this useful.
Resolved the issue by unplugging T32c connector from J159 module. Ran a wire test with multimeter for pin 27 back to the same wire (purple/white) that connects into j400 module. Then ran test for current and both red/white and purple/white wire showed current which can't happen since purple/white is unplugged.
Then removed this cover (fuse e box) and deeper under there was a bit of water leak which caused a short circuit. Dried it out, cleaned drain pipes, sealed off the cover and now there is no error anymore. Wipers work now.
Maybe someone in future will find this useful.
