NL: Steering wheel upgrade? New one with control button units
Hello there, I have a A6 C6 Limousine from 2005/2006, I wanted to add control units on my steering wheel. Sadly I don’t have the mount points for it, so I just bought a used 4 spoke steering wheel off of eBay with the airbag and buttons installed.
I saw a couple tutorials on YouTube to replace it however; Can I just replace it? Does it need a adapter to make the buttons work? On the steering wheel I have at the moment, I don’t have anything else then it being made out of leather and it being a 3 spoke model.
and the coding, is that possible with OBDEleven? Or do I need VCDS? And is there a instruction to code the new ‘buttons’?
