The 2 wire connector near the Bank1 Throttle Body is likely for the Intake Cam Actuator or Exhaust Cam Actuator.

The 3 wire on the front vertical face of the intake is likely for the flap actuator that has been removed from your intake. Can see where the actuator shaft is plugged with a bolt and blue sealant on your intake. Do you know if your intake has the flaps abandoned in place, flaps removed or flaps glued in long runner position?

Default Close not quite.

I re.oved lowers as they were cracked. Sealed the hole where the pivot was. The 2 actuators are there and plugged in. The other sensor next to the cank cover lift spot is also plugged in as are the fuel sensors.

OK then the 2 wire is likely the Exhaust Cam Actuator

Compare pics as it appears your intake flap actuator has been removed. The 3 wire connector and wire colours match. You will likely pop a DTC for the missing actuator as well.

Default Weird

Ok, so why is mine in a different position and plugs in different directions? All 3 are there and plugged in.

Default Intake manifold actuator clips

All 3 have different plug shapes. The center os blue and has a rear I slot. The one I can't find is black and has no slot. It's oval with a square side.

I believe our Pierburg V10 intakes are the same. There are two actuators and two position sensors for a total of 4 electrical connectors on the front face of the intake. There are flaps in each bank controlled by the lower actuator along with separate Bank1 and Bank2 position sensors and as well the intake center flaps controlled by the upper actuator. Your upper actuator appears to be removed. You can see the three mounting points with bolts still in place where the actuator is supposed to be located.

Some folks who modify the center intake flaps leave the actuator in place and electrically connected but actuator mechanical arm removed for no DTC. There is no position sensor feedback for the long / short flap position so the ECUs will never know, although obviously there is a notable performance difference.

The label terminology may not be exactly correct but hopefully conveys the concept…
