rear brake hose retaining clip

rear brake hose retaining clip
Mechanics replaced rear brake hoses, But it seems that they did not put the retaining clip on. Right not the connection between brake line and brake hose a litttle bit loose. I think I need to secure it somehow.
Looking at the way the retaining clip look, I think I would need to disconnect the brake line again and put the retaining clip on the brake hose fitting.
Any advice on how to secure the brake line to brake hose connection without disconnecting the brake line?
