Why do you want to add spacers?
Have you tried googling to see if anyone else has already documented this?
ECS and TireRack are two sources.
Also, by the way, some tire shops won't work on a car with spacers due to liability issues.

Wheel spacers can cause more problems than they are worth. Exact fit especially centering rings, perfectly clean hub to spacer to rim mating surfaces, longer lugs are all mandatory. Having said that, I have seen steering wheel vibrations at speed that were resolved by removing wheel spacers. Generally not recommended.
