I have done hours of research and diagnostics. I have most of the typical symptoms. Mmi turns on at startup (aftermarket head unit, which always works just not mmi functions or sound) and then 5-10 seconds in shuts off. I replaced the mmi circuit board, new one came with the car when I bought it and i was wrapping my center console anyhow. Made no difference. Picked up an optical bypass loop and tried every module in the system, I think anyhow. I scanned the optical system with vcds and got an optical error code on e1 media player 2. So I bypassed the cd player, and rescanned it. Still showed and optical error, but it was working. Tested the car the next day back to the mmi shutting off. Rescanned it was only showing issues with e1 again. I plugged everything back in as factory and scanned the car again. Now it shows no errors, but still nothing works. Scanned it again changing nothing and I had an error on 3 modules. Scanned it again without changing anything and no errors again. Mmi still turning on and then right off. I don’t know where else to go. Again I have individually bypassed every module one at a time with no change. But occasionally it will work anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour.

2. The head unit isint connect it properly, like it's missing some connections
Do have woofer with additional amp installed in the car?
First, check the connections of the head unit, then focus on the amp

all connections have been checked. And I have bypassed the amp with no change.
When You say that you bypass the amp, you mean the optical connection?
And you mean the optical connection are checked?
The speakers run on analog signal.
No sound is sight of burned amp.
Also i cant quite remember, i had similar issues with it, bypass the loop of the Bluetooth module under the driver seat. That module might show same symptoms.

bypassed with an optical bypass. The no sound is because the aftermarket stereo has power, but sound still requires a functional mmi system. Bluetooth module was bypassed as well. There are a few things I’m not sure what or where they are located to bypass them. Ami bypassed, cd player bypassed, Bluetooth bypassed, sat radio bypassed, radio bypassed, Bose amp bypassed, navigation bypassed. I only have one optical loop so I can only do one at a time. It’s possible I have 2 failures. But all show good when scanned 90% of the time. Others multiple show errors.

i have installed Android radios in couple of audis
you might take a part the dashboard and check the cables from the screen to the mmi board
another thing is if any module is replaced like mmi module it self or the Amp, the might have component protection ON
