Using lithium battery

Using lithium battery
Has anyone replaced their stock style battery with a lithium battery? I am going to install a smallish amp/sub combo and would rather not add a second battery, not sure if anyone has experience doing so?

AGM and Li ion or LiFePo batteries charge rather differently, and these cars are only programmed for AGM. Not a great idea.
If it's a small sub, probably wouldn't think twice about it. If it's big, look at capacitors instead.

That's the info I needed! Thank you. The spl car has xs sb630 ultra cap I'd "borrow" but I've noticed my a6 charges around14.8 the 630 is only rated to 14.3 so I'll have to get another. I'm planning on installing a audi control lc2i, getting the signal from the output of the bose amp. The rest of the stereo is good enough for now but there is a serious lack of lows.
