08 A6 3.2L with P0087 (fuel rail/System Pressure Too Low)

I got 2008 Audi A6 with 3.2L I been having issue with code P0087 (fuel rail/System Pressure Too Low) sporadic. I 've replaced Electric fuel pump, fuel filter, low side fuel pressure sensor, high side fuel pressure sensor, High Pressure Fuel pump. car runs fine on smooth acceleration, but when pushed all the way it lags power and on VCDS when checking fuel Rail pressure (spec) vs Fuel rail pressure (actual) it doesn't match, also my Quantity control Valve Status stays inactive.

as you can see on log my actual fuel pressure does not match spec that's where vehicle boggs down. any help would be great. any suggestion Attached is the log of fuel system
