Default Factory headlight bulbs
. I have a 2007 Audi A6 Quattro and my passenger headlight turns pink. I heard it was time to get new bulbs. I've looked online and can't find what kind of factory headlight bulbs my Audi uses. I've seen they use halogen, I've seen they use hid. And I've seen you can't upgrade to led with a kit. I don't want to upgrade I just want to replace bulbs with good replacement bulbs. Just don't know if I can use halogen or hid or I can choose between the two. Help!!!???

If they are HID/Xenon the reasonable replacement are Hella 4300ks. That is the original color temp, people deviate all over.

Physically take a look at your headlights. Do they have a round glass lens inside the housing, or just a reflector? If it's just a reflector, then you need Halogens.

This is a Halogen housing...







This is HID...

thank you. They are HID. They have glass lens.
