What part is this?

Does anyone know what this part is?

Circled in red in the picture. It's just a little clear-ish plastic window so the driver can see if the turn signal is on / working.

Does it have a name? Does anyone know where to get a replacement? It went missing on my 2010 Q5 and I am trying to replace it.

I doubt it's anything more than the end of the turn signal element plastic housing, which probably just slots into a hole in the mirror housing.
