2010 A6 3.0 p0019 code
Car needed an another transmission and I figured might as well do the timing chain and guides. All completed by a shop.. however P0018 code pop up. Switch sensors same code replace cam sensors same code.. light when off and came back on.. call runs fine great idle and starts quick.. also used transmission has a hard shift from park to drive but shifts normally..

Just to clarify - it's a P0019 or P0018? Which engine code is it?
You should check your cam adjustment solenoids - it's a known issue that they can become contaminated/inoperable, which would result in a P0019 (a.o.).
