Part name or part number needed.
Does someone know what these are called? They are the female piece for the quarter turn screws Audi uses for the bottom in engine cover. Mine is worn out and is making a rattling noise.

Looks like the clip is different for B8.0 Q5 vs B8.5 Q5, which is why you should always be thorough when asking about parts and provide clearly the model year of the vehicle involved.

The one you quoted looks like the B8.0 one, and it might in fact be similar. But it's not the p/n Audi quotes for a Q5 in that location.
