Q5 fault codes P0238, P0179, P303F, P1572, and P165F at once

Q5 fault codes P0238, P0179, P303F, P1572, and P165F at once
Hi,
I have 2013 Q5 2.0 FLEX FUEL CPMA engine. During the drive EPC light game one and when I scanned it, I got all these codes at once: P0238, P0179, P303F, P1572, P165F saying that they are in short circuit. None of the fuses are blown. I took the entire engine bay wiring harness out and checked for damages, didn't find any. What should be the resistance for these sensors, right now they show quite high?
