2011 Audi q5 2.0T No Crank No Start
Swapped both relays with the number 643, is the one on the right with the number upside down the starter relay, because if so, the relay is not the issue.
Look at the 12v distribution box where the positive jump start post is. Right near it should be a 5-pin pass-through connector, with a largish red/black wire on pin 1. Separate that connector and measure the voltage on pin 1 on the connector half that is towards the ECM box (the right side half goes off to the starter solenoid). If you read 12v when trying to start, then your issue is the starter itself. Maybe there's an issue in the engine such that the starter can't turn it? Can you manually turn the engine over with a ratchet on the crank bolt (always only clockwise as you look at the engine while standing in front of the car, never backwards).
