Blacked out control units in OBDeleven app.
I just received my pro plan tool and was excited to get in and start getting into my 2012 Audi q5, However a majority of control unit blocks i was going to fool around in are blacked out and unable to be accessed. Most importantly the display unit is not allowing me access causing me to have several issues when attempting to activate my engineering menu. I have done just about all the "fixes" out there such as making sure the obd port doesn't have any obstacles, reinstalling the app, forgetting the device, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
