Default Air suspension again

I will ask for help

I read tons of threads on air suspension issues when I'm on night shift but I can't find my problem here

My chassis stopped working, the car is all the way down in dynamic mode and the bellows seem to hold their position and not come off

After turning on the ignition, the green light is always on and the yellow light is always off, however, when driving, the yellow light is always on and the Lift and dinamic setting is gray

I'll try to check the fuse, but it's probably the compressor KO, has anyone had a similar problem? I would appreciate any advice

Did you scan for codes?

I don't have a cable, laptop or vcds program, I know it's a basic thing that every owner of these cars must have.

I'll add a few more things When I turn on the engine and get to the suspension menu, all four options are available, when I give Lift, for example, the arrow on the monitor lights up that the car is going up, but nothing happens and after a while the yellow light comes on

Without scanning the car you are grabbing at straws. There are many things that could be wrong with the air suspension. Pay more attention to the behavior of the car vs what the screen and dash tell you. Does the car rise/lower at all? Is the front lower than the rear or vice versa? Is the car completely bottomed out and lower than usual? Do you hear the compressor running at any time?

Thank you for answer. The whole car is in dynamic mode, it cannot be moved up or down. I can't hear the compressor, I have the impression that it is not working. All four sides are in the same position, i.e. dynamic. It's not completely down. It must be said that the car has been driving in this condition for a week and I have the impression that it is already a little lower...

I'm trying to understand the car and fix it myself, so I'm finding out everything, eventually I have to buy diagnostics

Just basic things, green light typically means the suspension is trying to lower. Yellow light means a fault in the system. Green and yellow together means hard fault code, proceed with caution. White arrow up or down on your MMI means the obvious.

Since you don't hear your compressor coming on, you need to clear your suspension code and check your compressor relay. Burnt relay is a common issue if your compressor has been overworking.

It’s possible that the air distributor, found behind the passenger side wheel well, is faulty. It’s also possible there’s an issue with the pump or the struts. Finally, the whole thing could be out of calibration. All of these require VCDS to diagnose or fix. You won’t be able to recalibrate without it. I strongly urge you to buy it with a 1 vehicle license and start there.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have already mentioned several times myself that I have to purchase the vcds program, it should be mandatory for these cars. LOL. The question is whether directly from the ross-tech company or local companies here in the country. The problem I see is that the cable is very expensive (around $350) or strangely very cheap. And I have to mention that I don't know how much the program itself costs and I don't even have a laptop. Thank you

The VCDS program is free to use with an authentic VCDS cable. The cable is the licensed product. You can pick up a used laptop for cheap these days. I would buy it from the official website
