Two drains = one right below the brake fluid container in the photo. The other is on the opposite side of the car, same area. Driver side is hard to see from above, passenger side is easier to get to. I'd start on the passenger side so you can learn what you are looking for. From the looks of your photo I'd say they are both clogged. If you can get under the car you can also see (way up in there) the rubber drains from below, and free up the clogs from there. Regardless, it's a pain to deal with but is necessary to prevent the flooding problem you're having.

I don't see any drains anywhere in there

Look harder. Like I said they are hard to see but they are there. If leaves and gunk have collected under that brake fluid container, you'll need to get that stuff out first. It's hard to get under there. I bent a metal clothes hanger to start probing. There are plenty of posts about this if you search.

+1, a common issue and they are there. I had the same issue but unclogged them before water got into my interior.

That is an area you have to check from time to time to clean out any debris that gathers there like leaves and those swirly things that come off trees. As they decompose they will block the drain causing water to back up into the car. You can't see the drain holes but they are there. As another said, use a coat hanger to feel around for the opening, when you find it you'll see the water level drop.
