2014 Front Parking Sensors Detection reversed
Hello, recently purchased a 2014 Q5 TDI and noticed that the front parking sensors are showing objects on the opposite side. Objects on the right of the car are showing up on the left side on the MMI screen.
I assume this is an easy fix and just wanted to see if anyone else encountered this or knows what the issue is.

Someone probably replaced or repaired the front bumper wiring harness and got the wires on the wrong pins. Is it just two sensors that are swapped, or all four? For the front sensors:
outer right, G252, blue/red wire, bumper harness plug pin 5 of 6
inner right, G253, blue/white wire, bumper harness plug pin 4 of 6
inner left, G254, blue/yellow wire, bumper harness plug pin 2 of 6
outer left, G255, blue/violet wire, bumper harness plug pin 3 of 6
pin 1, black/yellow, is the power to all the sensors; pin 6, brown/white, is the ground for all the sensors. Also notice, it's not a direct 5/4/3/2 flip flop order. If they inverted the order, you'd end up with the right outer sensor reporting as the left inner and such.
I don't have a B8.5 vehicle (A4/A5/Q5) so can't see if the J519 or OPS has any switchable bits or settings for flipping left vs right.
