P052E is not in 2013 Audi Q5 Quick Reference Specification Book
Recent Changes: PCV valve replaced, water pump replaced, thermostat replaced, vacuum hoses replaced.
Resolved Issues: Coolant leaking into an unknown location
Unresolved Issues: Excessive engine oil usage, ~700 miles for ~2quarts
Issue Description: No CEL. My cheap OBDII scanner shows the following.
- P052E00 PCV Regulator Valve Performance.
- P045600 EVAP Emission control Sys. (very small Leak), Leak Detected
- P052A (Intake (A) Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit / (Bank 1) | Difference between target position and actual position > 12.0°CRK
- P052C (Intake (A) Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit / (Bank 1) | Adjustment angle difference > 10° CA • Number of checks 2
I have read some posts and Web information P045600 may be the fuel cap needing replacement.
Are the 3 small tubes on the middle connected on the correct ports?
Are those two supposed two be zip tied? Or did I got bamboozled? Does it needs to be a metal clip like the other ones?
Thank you for any assistance on this.

None of those are one-time-use Oetiker clamps, so not sure why they wouldn't still be in place.
P0456 says only what it says. When it tests the fuel tank for leaks, it detects the pressure reduce at a "very small leak" rate. Where it's leaking is anyone's guess, without a smoke test showing "oh, there it is". Fuel cap is not uncommon, and not "expensive" to just try.
P052E is not even documented by Continental (Simos owners), so who can guess how it actually triggers. P052E - Ross-Tech Wiki Google search "audi 3.0t p052e" brings up plenty of research for you. Could likely be related to the valve that the CTU engines added to the breather hose; you don't mention if you have a CGX or CTU engine. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showt...1#post14593245
