Hello, I recently purchased my first Audi: 2013 Q5 Hybrid Prestige. A few weeks after I got it, the back subwoofer blew. Of course if this was not the hybrid model, I would just unscrew it from the spare tire and replace it.
Unfortunately, I have found there is no Information about the subwoofer in the Hybrid. I called the closest Audi shop to me and the tech told me he would have to look into it. A few hours later he called back and told me where it was located. I have attached some photos. The issue is how to remove the subwoofer box?
There seems to be an entire air system around it(I have already removed one piece in the photos to show the subwoofer box) as well as something else blocking you from being able to pull it out. Does anyone know of how to remove this and what needs to be removed first?
I was hoping to remove the box and replace the speaker with the same speaker from another Q5 ( my understanding is that they are both the same woofer, just In different boxes) I have attached the photo and circled where the subwoofer is in one of them

Removing
– Remove the rear luggage compartment floor. Refer to ⇒ Body Interior; Rep. Gr. 70 ; Luggage Compartment Trim Panels; Luggage Compartment Floor Panel, Removing and Installing .
– Set the battery cooling module for the Traction Battery - A2- in the service position. Refer to ⇒ Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Rep. Gr. 87 ; Battery Cooling Module .
– Remove the rear lid end trim panel (this is that silver rear sill cover). Refer to ⇒ Body Interior; Rep. Gr. 70 ; Luggage Compartment Trim Panels; Lock Carrier Trim Panel, Removing and Installing .
– Disconnect the connector -3- from the Subwoofer in RearShelf - R157- -1-.
– Remove the bolts -2- from the Subwoofer in Rear Shelf - R157- -1-.
– Remove the Subwoofer in Rear Shelf - R157- -1- with bracket from the spare tire well.
– Remove the bolts -3- from the bracket -2- and remove the bracket -2- from the Subwoofer in Rear Shelf - R157- -1-.
