Check Engine Light, Multiple codes showing

Good Morning,

I have a 2016 Audi Q5, Premium Plus Quattro 2.0, 4cylinders. Long story I was heading north from VB when my check engine light came on, I have a P0302- cylinder 2 misfire along with some codes I’ve never seen before: 11PA100 plus many more, I have replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils, replaced my camshaft sensor and I changed my oil. I tried clearing my codes but the DTC 0302 is permanent but the other codes are still coming up also. Any suggestions? My next stop is replacing the fuze in the ECU/ECM box, panel B fuze#7

Check your wire, maybe you forgot to put back some wires when you are changing coils.

I did make sure all sensors were fitted back in, I even pulled on it a tad to make sure there in place. Thank you for replying back too me I really appreciate that

Sounds like all eight actuators are not working. Either a fuse is popped or a common power or ground connection has failed. I would resolve this first then see if Cyl 2 misfires continue, and if they do then a compression test and even a cylinder bore scope inspection may be next steps. Keep in mind just because spark plugs and coils are new does not mean they are working, so the usual approach of swapping a plug and coil with another cylinder would verify the location of the misfire.
